By accessing or using O15AI ("Over15AI", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, sports data APIs, developer services, automation features, consumer sports products, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Certain Over15AI APIs, services, and features may require a paid subscription or other form of payment.

The applicable price, billing period, usage allowance, features, and other commercial terms will be presented before purchase or subscription.
Where a Service is offered on a recurring subscription basis, your subscription may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for recurring charges, subject to the terms presented when you subscribe.
You may cancel a recurring subscription through the cancellation mechanism provided by Over15AI or the applicable payment provider.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a billing period that has already started. Access may continue through the end of the applicable paid period.
Refund eligibility may depend on the applicable product, subscription plan, payment provider, usage, and circumstances of the request.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a product-specific refund policy, payments are generally non-refundable after the applicable billing period or service usage has commenced.

Predictions are one feature of the wider Over15AI sports intelligence platform and do not constitute financial, investment, or professional advice.
Subject to these Terms and the applicable API plan, you may use Over15AI APIs to develop lawful applications and services.

You are responsible for the applications and services that you create using the Service, including their content, functionality, users, legal compliance, and third-party integrations.

An Over15AI API subscription does not automatically grant unrestricted rights to redistribute or resell sports data.
If you intend to resell sports data, expose Over15AI data through your own API, provide third parties with API access, redistribute substantial portions of the underlying data, or create a competing sports-data service, additional authorization or a separate commercial agreement may be required.
You are responsible for ensuring that your intended use complies with applicable data-provider restrictions and other applicable requirements.
Over15AI may provide tools that allow sports information to be used in automated workflows, notifications, content systems, event-driven applications, dashboards, and other processes.

Over15AI is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms or services connected to your automation workflows.
Over15AI may integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, messaging services, authentication providers, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics services, and other external services.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of those providers. Over15AI is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, API changes, account restrictions, service termination, or other actions taken by third-party providers.
You agree not to use Over15AI to:
Over15AI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, website design, branding, trademarks, logos, documentation, interfaces, proprietary technology, algorithms, platform architecture, and original content.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you under these Terms or an applicable commercial agreement, these Terms do not transfer ownership of Over15AI intellectual property to you.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure failures, network issues, third-party dependencies, data-provider interruptions, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service or information provided through it, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Over15AI and its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.
This includes, without limitation, losses arising from reliance on sports data, predictions, odds information, API availability, third-party services, data interruptions, or applications built using Over15AI APIs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Over15AI for the applicable Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Over15AI and its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or applications, content, or services you create using the Service.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, failed to pay applicable fees, created security risks, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise created a material risk to Over15AI, its users, infrastructure, or third-party providers.
You may stop using the Service or cancel applicable subscriptions in accordance with the cancellation procedures provided by Over15AI.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective after termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of Over15AI at any time. Sports coverage, API endpoints, data fields, usage limits, integrations, and other Service features may change as the platform develops or as third-party providers change their services. Where appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method.
The updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the revised Terms. Your continued use of Over15AI after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory rights or procedures available under applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any applicable product-specific terms, API documentation, subscription terms, privacy policy, and other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and Over15AI concerning your use of the Service and supersede prior agreements relating to the same subject matter, except where a separate written commercial agreement expressly supersedes these Terms.
