Man Utd complete signing of Aston Villa midfielder Tielemans

The 29-year-old has agreed a five-year contract after returning from the World Cup, where he captained Belgium to the quarter-finals.

"It's hard to describe just how proud I am to join Manchester United," Tielemans said.

"Signing for such a special club feels incredible. It is the culmination of years of dedication since I first fell in love with football."

Tielemans spent three seasons at Villa after first moving to the Premier League with Leicester City in 2019, helping the Villans win the UEFA Europa League during his time at Villa Park.
